- Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
- For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Good restaurant with vegetarian options available. If you mistake the service as rude, you do not know any Chinese friends or family. The service is good and quick. Skip the panda express, it's not as good as the food here. Go and show your support for local small business.

Boulevard Chinese Restaurant is genuinely elite. The food comes out so good every single time that I’m starting to think Neo Lin has unlocked some secret cooking technique nobody else knows about. And Neo himself? Best owner ever. Bro runs the restaurant like a 5-star empire while still making the place feel welcoming. Honestly, eating here fixes bad days instantly. In neo we trust. Lizeo

Rude arrogant lady! I live 2 min walking distance and today I made mistakes coming here! Usually I go 10 min away driving in clifton to get Chinese food. Food is good bit I can't stand the arrogance they have! That's why I avoid it! I only eat outside!
